Captain Georgie owns the Fishing Ship in Port City Deluca that You can rent out once per day to go to special fishing areas.

You need the Fishing License to starting using the boat. To get the license, you will need to speak with Captain Georgie for three days. On the third day you can collect the license from him if your Fishing Level is at least level 30.

To get the Expert Fishing License, you will need to speak to the Captain twice more, and have at least level 60 fishing. This will unlock The Dark Sea.

Each day, the fishing locations will offer three possible options of fish or treasure to catch. One location will have a bonus fishing exp buff over it. Rare items will have a spinning sunburst beneath them.

Alexandria Bay - A popular swimming spot for Gobbys.
Lake Okeewokee - A desolate lake with a large but shy overseer.
The Dark Seas - A deep dark sea that is hard to see fishing shadows in.

All fish may be obtained from fishing trips, including those out of season. Each location will depict the three possibilities for the location before you leave on your trip. You are not guaranteed to catch all of them, but you can also catch multiples of any of the options; including treasure. There are 10 special fish you can only catch while out on Fishing Trips.
