Contributing guidelines[]

Uploading images[]

Whenever you upload an image, make sure you categorize it correctly. You also need to make sure you add the correct license to the image, which should almost always be (Copyright game).

Moving pages[]

You are welcome to move pages if this improves the overall consistency of the wiki. However, make sure to check the What links here page and update all links to make sure everything keeps working. In the case of objects and items, you need to move the images for these as well, to make sure the template keeps working. You can make sure you did everything right by looking at the pages shown by What links here and check if they all still work as they should.

Items and objects[]

It might be confusing what the difference between items and objects it. Really, it is quite simple: an item is something that shows up in your item inventory, which can be accessed from Menu > Items. An object is something that show up in your object inventory, which can be accessed from Menu > Build Mode.

Creating Objects[]

When creating a page for an object, the page name should be the object name, exactly as it shows up in the game (spaces and capitalization included). Also make sure to add the correct category to the page (Category:Objects).

When adding an infobox to the page, make sure to use the right infobox. Objects should always use the Template:Infobox object infobox.

If you upload a picture for an object, make sure it is a .png file, this is the only extension to prevent duplicate files and an overall consistency. When naming an object file you take the object name, again: exactly as it shows up in the game (spaces and capitalization included), and add Object to the end of it (with a space before Object). This is required for the wiki's templates to work when referencing objects. Make sure the image you upload is also categorized correctly (using the Category:Objects category) and it uses the correct license Copyright game.

Creating Items[]

When creating a page for an item, the page name should be the item name, exactly as it shows up in the game (spaces and capitalization included). Also make sure to add the correct category to the page (Category:Items).

When adding an infobox to the page, make sure to use the right infobox. Items should always use the Template:Infobox item infobox, for example.
