Pip the Lumberjack is a character from Littlewood. He can be found in Your Town after 35 days. Talking to him allows you to expand Your Town.
He'll expand the size of Your Town by cutting back the surrounding trees. You can purchase all three expansions in a single day if you have enough dewdrops to pay for the expansions.
Each expansion removes two tree columns on each the east and west sides of Your Town, adding 8 more tile width for a total of 400 new spaces. This is repeated for each expansion.
